1.Either by manually
2.Algorithm one

Manual Penalties also contain two categories-

a) On-Site
b) Off-Site

 On-Site : On-site refers to methods used within the technical set-up of your site. 

 Off-Site : Off-Site refers to methods relating to backlinks, which are the primary factor that Google use to determine the trust and authority of a site.

Algorithmic penalties also contain two categories-

a) Panda
b) Penguin

 Panda Penalties : Panda penalties relate to the usability of your site and the quality of your site’s content. 

 Penguin Penalties : Penguin penalties relate to over-optimisation.


Penalty can be only happen when your site or contain :

1) Over Optimised Anchor Link Text
2) Too Many Links From Low Quality Sources
3) Too Many Links From Irrelevant Sources
4) Paid Links / Link Schemes
5) Deceptive / Manipulative On-Page Tactics
6) On-Site Keyword Over-Optimisation
7) Low Value / Thin / Over-Lapping / Duplicate / Non-Unique Content
8) Ad Heavy Page Layout
9) Low Engagement / High Bounce Rate
10) Outbound Spam Links
11) Hacked / Malware
